Types of research considered by the University Research Ethics Committees
Depending on the type of research you will be carrying out your project may or may not require a review by the University Research Ethics Committees.
Research which does not require Committee level ethics review will have its ethical implications considered at Departmental level through the proportionate review route.
The Ethics@Bath system automatically triages applications to the appropriate reviewing committee based on the answers provided in the 鈥楾ype of Research鈥� section (Section A4), as per the table below.
