Events and Ceremonies Team
We plan and deliver a rolling programme of University events, including Open Days and award ceremonies.
We are responsible for direct event management of:
- summer and winter award ceremonies
- University Open Days
- the Minerva Series of Lectures
- a range of one-off events like building openings
- other events in support of the University Strategy
We also offer general event management advice.
The Events Forum brings together event organisers across the University. It meets every couple of months to discuss event-related topics. To join the forum, email eventsandceremonies@bath.ac.uk
The Events Toolkit is an online resource available for University staff who run events. It includes a timeline document for planning events and associated resources. The resources cover sustainability, accessibility, budgeting, risk assessments, promotion and much more. to access the resources.
