Many of us can talk about a book that inspired us or made us think differently. Read Well offers books that can support your wellbeing by helping you understand and manage your health through self-help reading. The books have all been selected by our Therapeutic Services & Mental Health and Wellbeing teams and many are nationally recognised texts in their respective fields.
Reading has not only been shown to benefit health and wellbeing but it can also be a great self-development tool. Read Well isn鈥檛 just for those who feel they would like to explore some self-help books, it鈥檚 for everyone.
