The old printers and Pharos Pop-up will be automatically removed from University-owned computers.

Removing the printers

1. From the Windows Start menu, select  ’Settings’, or press the Windows and I  keys together. 
2. Select  ’Devices’. 
3. Select ‘Printers & scanners’  from the left-hand sidebar. 
4. Select the printer in the pane on the right, then select ’Remove device’.

Removing the Pharos Pop-up program

1. From the Windows Start menu, select  ’Settings’, or press the Windows and I keys together. 
2. Select ‘Apps’. 
3. Select ‘Pharos’ from the list of ‘Apps & features’.
4. Select Uninstall. 
5. In the Select Option window, select ‘Run Uninstaller’ then ‘Next’.

6. In the Pharos Uninstallation window, select ‘Next’.
7. In the Select Components window, select ‘Pharos Popups’ then ‘Next’.
8. When the Pharos Directory window appears, select ‘Next’.

9. In the Start Uninstallation window, select ‘Start’.

10. When the uninstallation has completed, select ‘Finish’.
