Removing the printers

1. From the Windows Start menu, select ’Settings’, or press the Windows and I  keys together. 
2. Select ’Bluetooth & devices’ from the left-hand sidebar. 
3. Select ‘Printers & scanners’ from the pane on the right. 
4. Select the printer in the device list. 
5. Select ’Remove' in the top right-hand corner of the page. 

Removing the Pharos Pop-up app

1. From the Windows Start menu, select ’Settings’, or press the Windows and I keys together. 
2. Select ‘Apps’ from the left-hand sidebar, then select ‘Installed apps’. 
3. Select ‘Pharos’ from the list of ‘Installed apps’ and select ‘Uninstall’.
4. In the ‘Select Option', select ‘Run Uninstaller’ then ‘Next’.
5. In the ‘Pharos Uninstallation’ window, select ‘Next’.

6. In the ‘Select Components’ window, select ‘Pharos Popups’ then ‘Next’.
7. When the ‘Pharos Directory’ window appears, select ‘Next’.

8. In the ‘Start Uninstallation' window, select ‘Start’.

9. When the uninstallation has completed, select ‘Finish’.
