Inclusive Learning Strategies: Understanding Student Preference and Needs perspective

The proposed research aims to understand VR成人视频 School of Management students' learning preferences, particularly focusing on neurodiversity and the impact of additional commitments such as work, caregiving, and elite sports commitments on their learning needs. Additionally, the study will identify barriers to inclusive learning and recommend improvements.

The aim will be to inform curriculum design teams on the best use of space, teaching, and technology resources to enhance learning experiences. A mixed-method approach, utilising surveys and focus groups, will be employed to gather comprehensive data from a diverse student population within the School of Management.

The outcomes of this research will inform strategies to create a more inclusive and effective learning environment that accommodates various learning styles and needs. The insights gained will contribute to the development of policies and practices that support student success, well-being, and equitable access to education. By aligning with the University鈥檚 commitment to sustainability, equality, and diversity, this project will ensure that our educational resources and spaces are utilised optimally and inclusively.
