Report a maintenance issue in student accommodation

If something is broken in your accommodation, report it to us so the Maintenance team can help as soon as possible.

Before you start

You need:

  • building name
  • room number
  • clear details of the problem

The Maintenance team's working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Contact Security if there is an emergency.
